I’m pretty proud of these…our first homegrown beef and it tastes incredible 😋 I know how well she was cared for, how she was loved daily, know exactly what she ate, she was never given 💉 of any kind, she never had to leave our farm and nothing was wasted. Feeling grateful ♥️ Love this little life we live

We believe our animals know what they need so instead of a multi-mineral mix we have a mineral buffet that offers 20 individual minerals they can choose from depending what they need. It’s been fun to watch as their needs change based on seasons, cuts of hay, pregnancy and during lactation. Fresh Eggs Tips
⭐️ store pointy side down
⭐️ rinse with warm water before use
⭐️ crack each egg into a separate dish before adding to recipe (in case it’s bad you won’t ruin the whole dish)
⭐️ if an egg is bad, it will smell terrible once cracked
⭐️ save egg shells, cook at 200 degrees for 20 min, blend to crush shells to create calcium supplements to add to your garden. Tomato plants love calcium 🍅

Disclaimers - How long your eggs stay fresh is dependent on factors such as how you store them, temperature inside your house etc. Fresh eggs have a “bloom” protecting the egg from bacteria passing through the shell. Once the bloom has been washed off the egg must be refrigerated.
